Our initial, free 30-minute consultation is designed to determine if you and the coach are a good fit. It’s important for you as the client to feel absolutely comfortable with your coach, and this session will help both of you decide if you move forward with your coaching sessions. If you decide it’s not a good fit it is completely understood, and the coach will offer recommendations for someone that may be a better choice for you.
Although a single session may be helpful to some degree, continuous and consistent coaching has proven to provide the best results that are lasting and sustainable.
Coaching is primarily done online through our web meeting platform, and can be via audio only or with video and audio combined. Sessions can also be conducted by phone or in person if you are in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
